Dino Valley is a newly developed fun place for kids near Islamabad. This place is located in Margalla Hills 10 minutes drive (7 km) from Monal restaurant. It is the best place for families as children can enjoy the life-size moving dinosaurs. They placed a large statue of King Kong at the entrance.
Dino Valley Tickets
The fee to visit Dino Valley is Rs 500 and kids can enjoy the Dino safari by walking along the path up the hill. In this dino safari, kids can enjoy T-Rexes, flying dinosaurs, Pythons, and some other famous dinosaurs. Some dinosaurs moved and also made sounds.
Exhibits at Dino Valley

The menu was also quite impressive. If anyone is planning to visit Islamabad, they must visit and enjoy the Margalla environment of this place.
Dino Valley is fast becoming one of the most popular places in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. Many visitors say they have a good experience and their children are looking forward to seeing all the historical animals. It looks like a zoo and this is the only dino park inside the zoo. You must visit this place to see the beauty of nature.
Great place for slightly older kids (very little ones will be scared). The dino statues are nice and life-sized and use animatronics to move and sound ominous. Better than expected!
It is best managed (Monal) with reasonable unlimited access for Rupees 1000 (kids under 8). This ticket includes a visit to the Dino park, all the rides, and the playground (where there were another 5 or 6 rides) along with the usual playground with slides, trampoline ball pool, etc. a small cafe run by Monal that offers light snacks, shakes, and ice creams, etc.
When you park your car upon arrival, their trolley/shuttle will take you up, which is a very short distance but extremely steep, so many may not be able to walk.
Dino Valley along with Monal Tree House. It is an ideal place for family gatherings. The Monal Tree House has the same menu and interestingly the prices are cheaper than Monal’s prices. The quality is on par with great staff and management. He loved it!
Go to the Jurassic Park environment and come back for the experience! (Construction going on though) 14 km from Monal. There is a shuttle to take you to the steep entrance to this huge place with dinosaurs, mammoths, and fun rides for the kids!
The rides aren’t the best though, the aesthetics certainly are. Beautiful robotic coordination of all dinosaurs and moving animals. The details, the frame material used, and the timing are exemplary! The staff is dressed in elegant, authentic safari/Jurassic Park suits. Big thumbs up to the whole team behind this project. Proud to see work of this caliber here in Pakistan.
