- Boneless chicken 1.50 kg
- Red chili pepper, powder 30 g
- Cumin, powder 5 g
- Garam masala, powder 10 g
- Ginger and garlic paste 15 g
- Chicken broth powder (6x1kg) 30 g
- Oil (1x16L) 100 ml
- Marinade (6X900g) 45g
- Lime
How to Make Chicken Boti
o Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and let them marinate.
o Mix Marinade, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Ginger and Garlic Paste & Oil.
o Marinate the chicken for 12 hours.
o Place the chicken on the grill over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
o Brush chicken with oil while grilling.
o Once golden brown with grill marks, serve with Naan and green chutney.
o Make it presentable with lettuce leaves, tomatoes, onions, and lemon slices.
